I need legal assistance in my case. please help me !!!!
I take loan from standard chartered bank UAE, and i came back to pakistan. after few months i traced by bank persons and some associate person calling me for installment.

right now i am not in the position to pay my installment. in case if i didn't pay my dues ,,, what pakistani legal laws against this.

although i didn't harm my country and people but still people gave me thread for legal action.

i just wanted to know what could be the possible solution to run from this loan. if not then what could be legal actions against me.

Please help !!!!!!

I m not surre, but u have to pay atleast acctual amount, otherwise may be they can take action against you
